In order to comprehensively promote the lean management and improve the quality and efficiency of development, on July 13, HL organized a lean management and balanced production training. Deputy general manager Zheng Wenkui, the company's lean team and the person in charge of the material management center participated in the training.

  Hu Shilei, director of the engineering department of Lingong Zhike, was invited to give a lecture. Starting from the advantages of balanced production, Hu explained the technical support for the implementation of balanced production, internal and external lean logistics, and the key points of implementation.

  Deputy general manager Zheng Wenkui made a summary of this training. He required to continue to learn balanced production, and combined with temporary work experience to think about how to implement balanced production and other lean concepts in Hailin.
