On July 2, HL company held a lean training report meeting. The main leaders and personnel of the related departments attended the meeting.

  At the meeting, the middle-level leaders from the related departments respectively gave a report on the study of the  lean training around their posts.

  President He Kehong put forward specific requirements around this lean training, hoping that the personnel and managers could achieve the goal from learning to thinking, thinking to practicing, practicing to realizing. At the same time, the branch factories are required to continue to strengthen internal training, and integratedly promote the lean management and information management.
