HL held a two-day regular meeting on comprehensive management from April 6th to April 7th. Company executives, heads of all departments attended and the meeting was presided over by general manager Bao Guangli.

  At the meeting, deputy general manager Zheng Wenkui reported the production completion in February and March, made detailed arrangements for the April’s production tasks, and reported the problems existing at the plant site; deputy general manager Zhang Baoxin reported the quality feedback in the first quarter in 2021 and arrange the work in April. Besides Wang Jinrong summarized the problems discovered in the recent inspection process on behalf of the Inspection Office.

  General manager Bao Guangli, made a report on the 8 rectification issues that occurred in March around the recovery of production capacity, and put forward 11 arrangements for the continued full start of production in April.

  Finally, president He Kehong put forward 6 requirements to the participants regarding the work in April and the key tasks in the near future.
